About Me.

I spent decades working as a nurse in survival mode. I loved my work in oncology, acute mental health, and Hospice, but I felt frustrated by the system that it belonged to. When my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s I began to experience what it was like to lose someone one piece at a time.  I wanted to do all the things that I knew how to do as a Hospice nurse, but I wanted to be his daughter, too.   It wasn’t until 2021 , after a series of events that ended with the death of my father that  pushed me to know I had to do something different. I simply could not do the same thing anymore. It was in the complete darkness that I found a new way to be.

In my career I had a passion to work with those grieving.. Whether that was the loss of a loved one, a relationship, health, or simply the dream that life was going to go a certain way.

I have now turned my focus to working with women who are feeling like they need a safe place to be with all the feelings that come  up. Together we will explore the many layers and stories that accompany grief and move to a great understanding and peace that you deserve.

“The risk of love is loss, and the price of loss is grief- But the pain of grief is only a shadow when compared with the pain of never risking love.” Hilary Stanton Zunin
